I am so glad that winter is behind us now.
Kid you not, it has been blistering cold in my part of the woods and I was longing for spring to come out for so much time.
It is always a big hassle to clean up the front porch with all the ice and snow everywhere. I’m sure you know the feeling.
Goodbye winter, helllooo spring!!!
The world starts to come alive again after the freeze. And so do I. What a feeling!
And what a perfect time to go out for a camping trip and just feel the energy and smell of fresh growth all around you.
My hubby doesn’t usually like camping as he usually sweats a lot in summer and attracts all the mosquitoes around (LOL) but in spring, it’s less hot and the ‘ladies’ bother him less. So, it’s a win-win to go now.
Although I usually know what to bring and organize my gear well, I do get confused sometimes what to eat during our trip.
So, I’ve looked extensively around the web and found awesome camping recipes and as usual, I want to share them with you for your next camping trip.
These are my 10 quick and easy recipes to prepare during a camping trip.
