10 Easy Instant Pot Recipes For Weeknights
I don’t know about you but when the cold weather kicks in, I can be lazy to cook.
Especially when I’m busy with work and absolutely have no time.
I was searching around and found the best instant pot recipes which are perfect for my lazy weeknights.
Keep in mind that all of these recipes are easy to prepare, pop the ingredients in and you got yourself a meal!
It’s as easy as that! I also wanted to share all the recipes because they are all soup recipes, perfect for cold seasons like Fall or Winter.
If you don’t already know, an Instant Pot is a multi-use programmable electric pressure cooker to allow for fast and precision cooking.
An instant pot allows you to make soups, sear or saute food, steam delicate items like fish and even bake bread and cakes!

It’s so much better than the traditional pressure cooker and its multi-cooking ability makes it a staple in your kitchen.
If you are interested in purchasing ones, this instant pot is the best or you can purchase my personal favorite pressure cooker here.
I just love making food with an instant pot or pressure cooker because you can make meals ahead and any leftovers of the previous night can be stored and eaten the next day.
A perfect way to cook when you are busy or just lazy like me! 😛
Without further ado, let’s dive in.
