12 Easy Vegan Soup Recipes For Winter

Winter is here, everyone!

The coming of winter definitely means dropping temperatures and the need to keep warm during these times.

It’s also high time for me to take out my winter clothes out of the closet.

I always said I’m a summer girl and just getting into winter kinda makes me sad, and wishing I could go to the beach.

Nevertheless, I have to move on and prepare myself to it and keep my family safe amidst a nasty pandemic on the loose right now.

My hubby is the fragile type and can get sick fast and this is always the case during the wintertime.

And needless to say, he gets grumpy and lazy when he’s sick and I have to take care of this big baby. Lol.

Of course, I will much prefer avoiding this situation and my goal this year is to do whatever possible to boost our immune system and stay healthy.

Well, as a start, I thought what is my best comfort food for winter and the answer is and will always be soup to keep warm.

I also thought about getting into more vegan recipes as hubby got a bit of a gut during the summer BBQs and he surely needs to cut on the meat.

Here are my best easy vegan soup recipes to keep you healthy this winter!

Butternut Squash Soup is fairly easy but soooooo good during the cold weather.
