Hi all! Today I’m going to share about meal prep! Some may not know what meal prep is and how it works but one thing I can tell you is that meal prep has changed my life after I tried it.
That is why I want to share it with you and hopefully, that’ll change your life also!
Now, to give you a little bit background why I tried meal prep is because many good things you can get when you do meal prep.

Just a bit summary so that you won’t confused. Meal prep is basically spent 1 day to prepare meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack for a certain amount of weeks. But I’ll say the best meal prep is for 1 week so you won’t get bored by eating the same food for couple weeks.
Some people might say that you need fancy ingredients for meal prep. No! You do not need that. This meal prep recipes that I prepared for you do not consist of something fancy instead you can pick all the ingredients at your local store nearby. Super easy and quick for your super productive week!

#1 Breakfast Ham and Egg Muffin
This is a super easy to make in just 10 minutes and you can meal prep it for a whole week. Put in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze it for a whole week and pop it out to microwave. Super easy and quick if you’re busy! via Girl Heart Food.

#4 Salad in Jars
Salads are the easiest meal prep you can do. If you do not have any jars, you can make it in a container. While you need to put leafy green on top on the jar, you can put leafy green at the bottom of a square container. But you must remember that you need to let the leafy green dried completely before going into the container or else it will turn bad very quickly. Via The Starving Chef Blog.

I love to cook in an Instant Pot, it’s quick and less messy. When I do my meal prep for the week, I love to make Instant Pot Chicken Shredded recipe for salads or stir fry veggies. This is super healthy if you are on a strict diet via Wholesome Yum.
#8 Easy Teriyaki Chicken
If you are craving for Asian food then this is perfect for you! It’s easy to make and you can do meal prep for a week, served with white rice and steamed veggies such as broccoli or you can change the white rice into cauliflower rice for a healthy option via Cakes Cottage.

Another chicken recipe that’s full of flavor and smells nice! I personally love to incorporate a lot of herbs in my cooking because I love flavourful food via Carmyy.
