The 9 Top Mom Bloggers Who Inspired Me

Being a mom is not easy. Period.

You need to handle the house chores, raise the kids well whilst keeping a blogging career.

Juggling between being a housewife and a blogger takes a lot of work to find the right balance.

Believe me, I know that even without kids, I know how hard it can be.

Building my own blog has already taken a lot of my time in my daily life as well as sacrificed many hours of sleep.

But I still go on, as it is so fun for me to actually work on something without worrying of the time.

And that is why I love to blog!

These mom bloggers have inspired me that it is possible to turn your blog into a profitable business!

Reasons why I start a blog

The reason why I make a blog is that I am preparing to have a baby and I am determined to have a job also.

You know that win-win situation. Yes, I want that!

Preparing my job before the baby is the wise thing to do.

Why? Because when the time baby comes, you know where you will put all of your attention into.

So I decided to start a blog. Starting a blog is easy. If you need a guide then check out my post on How to Start a Blog for Beginners or if you need a helping hand, you can join my course!

When I start a blog, what I did is like everyone else. Sign up for a course and then hoping that course will generate income for you if you follow it.

It is not that easy. You need a strategy.

In this course, I will tell you what strategy I used to successfully launch my blog based on my personal experience.

Suzi Whitford from Startamomblog

Finally I started blogging. And I fell in love. It was my creative outlet while my sweet girl took naps. I blogged about my breastfeeding journey, motherhood, recipes and crafts. I loved it! I started connecting with other moms and didn’t feel so lonely anymore. I had the best of both worlds. I was a stay at home mom and I started growing my skills and meeting new friends online. It was wonderful. I grew my blog and found a passion to help my friends also join me on this amazing journey. ~ Suzi

My own journey to go “back to work” while continuing to be a stay-at-home mom has driven me to spend months building this platform. I am chronicling my attempt to make a living on the internet, so I can “go back to work” while still being present for my family. I’m sharing everything as I go, so you can do the same! ~ Saira

Sarah Titus from Sarahtitus.com

I learned how to live on nothing, so when a little bit came, I was more than excited. I learned how to save for the things I wanted, instead of rushing out and letting my emotions take over my purchases. I learned how to squirrel away money; little by little it added up. Most importantly, I learned success. I learned what it was and how to achieve it. I learned how to support my kids FROM home (I would not let a little thing like income, tear me apart from them. They had already lost their dad. I wasn’t about to let them lose me too!) I learned how to live WELL on $18,000/year at that time. I learned that if you spend wisely, you CAN have everything you want and more, no matter what your income! ~ Sarah

I won’t lie. It’s a pretty awesome job. I get to help people every single day and I get to stay home with my family while I do it. I can work in my pajamas, in bed, on the deck, at the park, on vacation, or even at the local Starbucks. ~ Rosemarie

The truth is that I am incredibly passionate about helping other bloggers—or those who aspire to be—gain the knowledge to do the same.   Don’t get me wrong, blogging is by no means “easy money”, but it is very possible to earn a full-time living writing about what you love and care about.

I know because I’ve done it. ~ Ruth

Here how she thinks about blogging :

However, it’s easier and harder than you may think. It’s easy because it requires very little cash outlay upfront, you don’t need a degree or certification, the field is wide open and the profit margins are high. On the other hand, setting up a successful blog that makes a part-time or full-time income will only be the result of massive amounts of effort, determination, consistency and perseverance. ~ Crystal

Blogging has shown me that so much is possible. I didn’t come into this whole blogging thing with any prior knowledge. I just jumped in with two feet and learned as I went. If you’ve been playing around with the idea of starting a blog or a shop or any kind of venture, I encourage you to jump in and go for it. Yes, it takes a lot of work, a lot of hours, and a lot of learning. But the rewards are great. ~ Abby

Mom bosses have a dream and a vision of what they want to achieve and where they want to be. They set big goals and mini goals that will help them meet the big ones. Mom bosses’ goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely). Sure, they shoot for the stars but they make sure what they’re working for is possible and has a deadline. ~ Shannon
