Tell me…When you heard a word DIET or HEALTHY, I bet your mind will say, “oh, I’m going to eat tasteless and not delicious meals…“. Now, let me stop you right there! Our perception when we heard those two-word making us step backward from a healthier lifestyle. This is so wrong.

Nowadays, you can find healthy ingredients to make a healthy meal that actually doesn’t suck.
For me, as a starter to help me change my lifestyle is to change what I eat for dinner. Sometimes I stuff myself during dinner and forget that I don’t have activities to do to burn those calories. This is why having a low carb dinner is important. You won’t feel stuffed at night and bloated in the morning.
That’s why I’m making this post. I want to show you that eating healthy food is not bad and it’s actually can be super delicious. Let’s jump to the recipes!
