27 Tastiest Healthy Salad Recipes
We can agree that, for the regular Joes and Janes (like pretty me), it’s hard to consider losing weight and go on diets.
To tell you the truth, the popular foods eaten during diets are not that appetizing for me. Perhaps that’s why I hate them so much! Lol!
But today, I found out some good salad recipes that actually taste good and cherry on the cake, make you lose weight and be healthy!
I have a love and hate relationship with salad.
I love salad because it’s super healthy and super easy to make but I also hate it, why? Because not all salad recipes are delicious.
For many years I’ve been trying to find a better way to eat salad deliciously and one day I realize.
To make a salad more tasty is to make a good combination of vegetables and the dressing. Most important is the dressing!
I always thought that salad needed to be eaten plain with just olive oil, salt, and pepper but many recipes actually incorporate many types of healthy dressing.
That’s when I realize that I could change this love and hate relationship! Oh Yeah!
You can actually eat delicious salad. Isn’t it mind-blowing?
These are my tastiest salad recipes that will make you lose weight and be healthy!

Now the thing with salad is either the dressing that you’ll put will help you on your diet or will it ruin your diet?
The key is in the dressing! What type of dressing you’ll make and how much you’ll put in the salad is important to maintain your diet.
Let’s say like this… If you make a salad dressing that incorporates mayo, it’s better to put one or two tablespoons to make the salad tasty but won’t ruin your body figure.
My little trick is that, after drizzling the dressing and mixing it, is to wait for 10 minutes or more to give time for the dressing to be absorbed by the salad and make it less bland.
Now, I’ve changed my view on salads and I’m proud to say I’m a salad lover now!
So If you want to change your love and hate relationship also then check out these recipes to change your mindset and join me to live a healthy lifestyle!
