These healthy dessert recipes that look just as good as they taste is what you need when you want to indulge yourself without feeling guilty!
My problem is I love dessert too much that I would try all desserts that come on my sight. My love for dessert doesn’t stop me from eating it even after I’m older.
As I’m approaching 30 years old, I realized that my body is not the same as when I’m a teenager. The metabolism is different. How the body reacts when we eat food also different. How much activities we do also gradually becoming less and less by time. That’s why we need to eat healthier as we’re getting older.
We can not expect when we eat junk food at 35 years old, our body reacts the same as when we’re a teenager. As we’re getting older, we become what we ate. No pun intended but that’s surely a fact we all need to know.

But because I can’t remove dessert from my daily eating, I need to find a way where I’m able to eat what I want but in a different approach. Not the unhealthy one but the healthy one.
We all know going on a healthy lifestyle is not easy. Even though everyone said there’s a lot benefits of eating healthy but for me, I’m in a stage where I don’t want to eat tasteless food even though it’s healthy. I’m kinda a picky eater.
In order to save me from going crazy when I can’t eat a dessert after a long day of work. I have rounded up some dessert recipes that are not only healthy but also delicious. Who doesn’t want that?
