30 Yummy and Healthy Dessert Recipes
I love desserts very much. Period.
And if I could, I would want to try all desserts that come to my sight.
Even after I’m older, my sweet tooth has not gone away as I always fancy a yummy dessert after dinner.
But I do realize that my body is not the same as when I was a teenager.
My metabolism has changed and sugary foods certainly are less well digested by my body.
Depending on your level of physical activity, as we grow older, we need to eat healthier.

However, I decided that I still want my desserts and I needed to find a way where I’m able to satisfy my sweet tooth while at the same time, not hurt my body too much.
