25 Perfect Make Ahead Breakfast Recipes
Are you a busy mom? Or a busy entrepreneur perhaps?
You’re hurtling here and there to make things work out and you literally don’t have time to prepare breakfast in the morning?
Well, I got your back!
To be honest, I’m the type of person who is lazy to prepare breakfast in the morning.
When I wake up, I tend to go straight to my work desk and sit in front of the computer for the whole day.
Either I’ll be eating my breakfast in front of the computer or I don’t eat breakfast at all.
Yes, I am that type of person. And perhaps some of you like that too.
Well, I do realize when I’m not eating breakfast in the morning, my mind is a little bit cloudy.
That’s why I want to find make ahead breakfast recipes which I can make a batch for one week and just reheat it in the microwave and voila!
My breakfast recipes are easy and especially perfect for busy mornings!

Food Tip: One thing you need to remember is to always incorporate protein sourced food that can help you focus on your work especially in the morning.
If you can’t have breakfast in the morning, you can boil two eggs or you can eat a trail mix of nuts and dry fruits.
This is my go-to breakfast snacks when I just don’t have time in the morning and it keeps me focus in the morning.
But I suggest you have a good breakfast meal so you can have maximum energy in the morning especially when you’re super busy.
The American College of Cardiology indicated in a 2017 study that skipping breakfast increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases as well as other unhealthy habits.
Another study by the University Of Missouri-Columbia showed that a good protein-rich breakfast reduces food cravings and overeating.
This is why it is quintessential to eat a good breakfast everyday.
I’m writing this post of recipes that covers savory and sweet make ahead breakfast recipes which are also easy to make and healthy!
You can make a batch for all of the recipes per 3 days or per week. Whichever you like!
